My favorite thing about performing is the ability to pull all the great moments that I have had, and sing the songs that have a meaning behind them. We do them with a flair that only Phoenix can do.
Personal information
In 2015/2016 I got my first guitar and ukulele and decided that I wanted to make Music a full-time career. After many hours of “woodshedding” I am proficient enough to sing and play all my favorite songs. We like to mix things up as a band, getting new sounds and feels for each of the songs that we do.
I have a bunch of stories that have led me up to this point; some funny, some not so funny. Mostly, I tell you these stories to create a connection of how some “different answers” created a life that I don’t ever want to take a vacation from.
How I Live and Love Life
The good and the bad of the local music scene is what you make it; and, I choose to love all of the performers who give it their all every week and don’t create drama for others. I don’t consider anyone competition. Although I may be competitive, I am more about building communities in the organizations and groups that I am a part of. Any competitive nature that people “feel” from me, is purely to make sure we are ALL sucking the sweet nectar out of every engagement and performance.
I’m not a fan of every type of music; although, I appreciate the work and effort of those who have produced and created all of it. I AM a fan of the people in our community who bring a variety of options to all of the music lovers, everywhere.
